The Cascades was developed between 1997 and 2000 by Northstar
Builders and Levitt & Sons .
The Cascades is among the largest
55+ communities in Boynton Beach with 928 total homes.
The Cascades is located on Jog Road, between Atlantic Avenue and Woolbright
Road, with an additional residence gate located on Hagen
Ranch Road. In total there are 5 sections within The Cascades including Wedgewood, Waterford I and II, Limoge and Lalique,
each with their own unique feel. Although not part of The Cascades, Westchester Golf Course runs through the community creating
some spectacular views throughout the development.
The Grand Clubhouse
completed a major renovated in 2017. The Cascades has a magnificent clubhouse with card rooms,
a club room, a billiards room, a grand ballroom, a resort
style pool and more. Adjacent to the main clubhouse you’ll find a state of the art fitness center complete with cardio and weight
training equipment as well as a classroom which hosts classes such as aerobics, yoga and Zumba.
The Cascades also features a café
which is opened daily for breakfast and lunch. During season the café is also opened for dinners on Wednesday.
