In February 2013, GL Homes announced the opening of Valencia Cove, the latest in GL Homes award winning series of Valencia properties.  The first of what will be 822 homes sites became available for sale on April 20th, 2013.  

Located in Boynton Beach on Lyons Road, between Boynton Beach Blvd and Atlantic Avenue, Valencia Cove is the 8th Valencia property to be developed by GL Homes.   Valencia Cove features a spectacular clubhouse boasting over 39,000 square feet of total space.  As is always expected at a GL Homes clubhouse, residents enjoy entertainment in the theater style social hall, a full-time social coordinator, on-site manager, an Internet Cafe with indoor and outdoor seating, 4 card rooms, a billiards room, and arts and crafts.  The fitness center for health, wellness and education includes a fully equipped exercise room and aerobics/yoga studio.  Har-Tru tennis courts for every level player and a resort style pool/cabana area are standard at Valencia properties. Valencia Cove boasts 4 pools, a pro-shop, and spectator seating for tennis.  New to Valencia Cove recreational facilities, which cover over 10 acres, are Pickle Ball, Bocce Ball and Handball. 

GL Homes has introduced six new models at Valencia Cove.  In addition to a long list of upgraded standard features, all homes now feature impact resistant windows and 6 1/4 inch base boards. Many improvements have been made to the various models from Valencia Reserve.

  • Signature Collection features homes ranging from 1,550 a/c square feet to 2,408 a/c square feet. New models (introduced at Valencia Cove) include the Atlantica and the Bimini.

  • Vintage Collection features homes ranging from 2,301 a/c square feet to 2,732 a/c square feet.
  • Crown Collection features homes ranging from 2,787 a/c square feet to 3,273 a/c square feet. New models (introduced at Valencia Cove) include the Avila Grande, Bal Harbour, Carlyle and the Charleston Grande. The Crown Collection includes many additional standard features including a double oven package, full granite backsplash in the kitchen, 24-inch porcelain tile and solid core doors just to name a few.
