On March 26th of 2022, GL Homes held the grand opening of Valencia Grand, the latest in GL Homes award winning series of Valencia properties. 

Located in Boynton Beach on Lyons Road, south of Boynton Beach Blvd, Valencia Grand will be a the 11th Valencia property to be developed by GL Homes in Palm Beach County. Once completed, Valencia Grand will feature a spectacular clubhouse with over 44,000 square feet of total space. As is always expected at a GL Homes clubhouse, residents enjoy entertainment in the grand hall, a lifestyle coordinator, card rooms, and arts and crafts.  Valencia Grand will feature a world class tennis center along with pickleball courts. Valencia Grand offers some never before seen amenities. This will be the first community to offer indoor pickleball court, a yoga garden and a sports simulator. As with all Valencia communities, Valencia Grand will feature several pools with shade pavilions and more. Valencia Grand will also feature a full service restaurant as well as an inside and outside bar.
